TERMS & CONDITIONS

Regular Terms & Conditions:
All orders must be paid at time of shipment unless a Net 30 Credit Account has been approved by Blue Thumb Distributing, Inc. Forms of payment accepted are Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, or C.O.D. Customers who qualify for Net 30 Credit Accounts must maintain their current payment status or all discounts will be nullified and future shipments will be shipped prepaid. only. C.O.D. orders will include a $10 fee in addition to the C.O.D. fee charged by the freight firm. Payment of C.O.D. orders must be made by certified check or cashier check. Net 30 accounts may not be settled by Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express. A finance charge of 1.5% monthly (18% APR) will be added to all past due accounts. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any retail prices listed are suggested only.

Freight Program:
Please contact your sales representative for freight terms & conditions.

Returns:
All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to be clearly marked on the outside of each package returned. Please call Blue Thumb to receive an RA# prior to returning merchandise. Special orders, custom cut liner, and underlayment, and clearance/specials are not returnable. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credit will be issued to customers account. The customer is responsible for returning items to Blue Thumb and for freight cost.

In-Warranty Merchandise:
Defective items may be returned to Blue Thumb without a restocking fee during the warranty period of the merchandise. The customer is responsible for returning the items to Blue Thumb and for freight cost. Each item must be accompanied by the original invoice showing the date of purchase.
